The apartment is located very close to the main train station of Bologna, but the old town is also not far on foot. The hosts are amazing, the kindest and nicest people you can imagine, and the place is extremely clean! The air conditioning is working well (no weird smell or noise) and the flat is very modern, they have automatic blinds on the windows so you can make the room dark and keep it that way. There are no noisy neighbours, the location is on a smaller street, so it is quiet. There are cafes, shops (a huge Coop with everything you might need) and diners close by. The rooms are not huge, so for us as a young couple it was very ideal. We only had one luggage with us, so we did not need that much space. Everything went well, the hosts go really above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. I 100% can recommend the place.

From the very first message, we could feel Mary’s warmth and genuine care. 🥰 Even though we never met in person, her kindness shone through every word — always thoughtful, attentive, and making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The accommodation itself was absolutely wonderful: spotless, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location to enjoy Bologna’s charming streets, cafés, and atmosphere. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and filled with lovely details that instantly made us feel at home. It’s rare to feel such a personal connection without meeting face-to-face, yet Mary made us feel truly welcome and cared for from afar. 💛 We’re leaving with warm hearts, beautiful memories, and the hope to return one day. Excellent location. Beautiful triple room apartment with a fantastic view. Very modern and exceptionally clean. We even had a fresco - high ceilings. Very comfortable large bed with good pillows. Excellent shower and lots of fluffy pillows. Added touch of lots of pleasant smelling toiletries and slippers. Amanda at reception was so pleasant and helpful - thanks! Would recommend 👌 A gem

The room was beautiful, spacious, modern and cosy. And the walls in nice green color! Kitchen was shared and well equipped. Very comfortable bed and pillows. We had a room number 1 facing to the park but also to the street. A little noisy outside during the night. Easy check-in and check-out thanks to navigation from the owner. 1-2 mins walk to caffetteria for a nice breakfast. Bologna city center and everything is reachable in walking distance. Lidl supermarket is on the other side of the bridge. The communication with the owner was perfect. I can only recommend this place :-)
