Everything!! It was beautiful, spotless, like it was brand new. So much character and charm. The bathroom was lovely. The detail and care that has gone into this place really shows. Extremely comfortable bed and the couple who owned the place were so welcoming. The wee town is beautiful and a perfect gem. So glad we found this place.

We had a fantastic time at Fontecristina. I can’t imagine a more beautiful setting - the pool, garden and view are stunning. The apartment itself is exquisite. Krisztina and Lucio are the perfect hosts - they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, and gave us really helpful tips for things to do and places to go to. The apartment is in a great location to visit other areas. We took day trips to Rome, Perugia, Assisi, Siena, Florence and San Morino. It is also just perfect for lazy days around the private pool, soaking in the beautiful Umbrian countryside!

Very nice stay in Montepulciano. The rooms are located in the Main Street full of restaurants and shops. Basic but nice interiors and everything very clean. Staff was very helpful and we had parking nearby for only 5Euro for a day. There is also a coffee machine at ground floor.
