When we walked in, Stefano gave us a warm welcome, and the check in to the room was super swift. When we walked into the room, it had a beautiful view and a comfortable atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable and the room was overall very clean, they do housekeeping every day. The bathroom has a nice design and was very clean. The entire stay was quiet, relaxing, and homey in general. The location was amazing, it’s only a few steps away from all the restaurants, the lake, bus station, and ferry station, you only need to take a taxi to the train station. Stefano was great in communication, he replies very fast, and he is very helpful and cheerful.

The property was elegant and beautifully simple I truly loved the color coordination of the furniture, walls, and curtains. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony filled with flowers was a lovely touch in addition the location was perfect . The open kitchen outside the room was very well equipped and added to the overall charm of the place. But what made the experience truly special was Alessandro. He was so kind and helpful full of warmth and love. When I asked him to help us book a taxi to Como station, he generously offered to drive us himself. I can’t thank him enough for this beautiful gesture. Highly recommended👌

Where to begin? Sant'Agata - named after the neighborhood where this gorgeous house is located - is a model of style and hospitality. Stéphane was so warm and welcoming, even before I arrived, as we communicated about my check-in time, and then of course in person as well. Everything in the home is carefully thought-out, from the convenient elevator in the beautiful stairwell, to the hot drink you're offered upon arrival, to the choice of soft or firm pillows on the bed. Although I only was able to stay for one night, Stéphane was kind enough to write out a list of personalized restaurant recommendations (and map them out too) - his suggestion of Il Carrettiere was appreciated. My top-floor room was wonderfully appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast experience catered to my wishes and was covid-safe (Stéphane only allowed a certain number of guests to dine at the same time). I'm still dreaming of the delicious locally sourced pastries, homemade bread, jams, and local cheeses that were offered to me that morning. I had to depart in a hurry to catch the train to the airport and I didn't have much time to explore Como, but I absolutely will stay here again, with pleasure, if I have the opportunity to return. Grazie mille!

It’s very spacious apartment, located in the center Como, nearby there are restaurants, cafe downstairs, walking to the Como train station and ferry boat stop very convenient, super clean, and easy to check in, with a balcony where you can sit comfortably for a drink, the apartment is facing to the inward garden, so very quiet… I definitely recommend

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, a true gem! Located very well, just a few minutes walking from the lake front, yet calm and private. the food is wonderful and the staff extremely helpful and kind. highly recommend!

Everything about the property exceeded our expectations! Davide was an amazing host and catered to our every request in extremely quick fashion. Additionally, the location is perfect from the amazing view of the lake to the easy accessibility to take both the ferry to Como and the option to walk back at night if warranted. I would highly suggest this location to anyone that wants a hassle free stay to enjoy the beautiful Lake Como!
