We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The atmosphere of the hotel was very cozy and warm. Elisa and Matteo went the extra mile to make our stay memorable, despite the less than ideal weather. They were very kind and helpful in providing advice on hiking, buying cable car tickets and everything else. Everything was impeccaby clean; lots of wood in the room and a really comfortable bed.
