Spotlessly clean room in close proximity to Rome airport with a lovely additional touch of shampoo and a toothbrush. Fredrica was very responsive and organised our transfer to the airport. Many thanks for having us stay! We will return if flying from Rome again!

My daughter and I arrived after a long flight from South Africa and to find such cleanliness and comfort was awesome. The room is large and for an overnight stay was suitable for what we needed - a king-size comfortable bed and a clean shower. After a quiet night we were fully rested. We made use of the kitchen by having a coffee when we arrived and the next morning, we enjoyed another cup by having outside on the large balcony. The arranged transport to the airport (which is close by) was on time and the driver was courteous and lovely.

"This hotel is a great option for anyone needing to stay overnight near the airport. There are affordable restaurants nearby, and the accommodation is perfect for this kind of stop. I used the hotel to spend the night between flights. My plane was delayed and I had a late check-in. It takes 8-10 minutes to get from the airport by taxi. The manager was in touch with me until I checked in. Everything is clean and tidy. There is a battery in the bathroom, which can be turned on for drying clothes or heating, if necessary. Breakfast is in the refrigerator under a combination lock. I realized this when I was already leaving. But this is due to my carelessness. This was indicated in the check-in instructions.

One of the most welcoming places I have ever stayed in. The hospitality offered by Piero is exceptional, who goes out of his way, literally, to make sure you have a great time. Fiumicino is overlooked as being simply the airport, but it is a delightful seaside town with a lovely promenade, bustling fishing port, great restaurants, and above all such friendly and helpful people. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe. The accommodation is great, it's quiet, comfortable, and I felt very much at home. Thank you Piero! I'll be back!

Stayed for a night before an early flight, clear communication on how to check in. Room was really lovely, nicely decorated, comfortable, bathroom was great with all extras. The free bicycles were a welcome addition and we used these to pop to the marina. Would definitely stay again, a really gorgeous place. Sadly left too early for breakfast but I’m sure it would have been great!

    Amazing host. Great communication & extremely helpful. Top location … a 30 minute flat walk into town. Plenty of parking nearby. Quiet comfortable room with shutters & curtains, air con as well as a fan and plenty of floor space to sort out luggage. The bathroom was spotless and big! We also allowed time to visit Ostia Antica for a few hours before a late night departure which I would highly recommend as it’s only a 10 minute drive from the guest house.

    Leandro the host was so very kind, helpful, and responsive. I chose this guest house as I wanted to eat at a nearby restaurant. I was a little put off by the requirement for self check-in, but Leandro's illustrated instructions were so clear that the check-in was effortless. Bed very comfortable, place very quiet. There is an excellent Roman restaurant nearby.
