The room was very clean and beautiful design. The shelf check in system was really easy and convenient. The supplies, even though we didn't used them, were more than plenty. The distance from the city center was about 15 - 20 minutes, but by walk you could admire the beauty of the city.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Massimo's Old Town B&B. Everything is well maintained and the 2 bedroom unit is very clean and comfortable. Great location and parking is available. This is not a hotel so be prepared for an apartment style unit with small kitchenette. The breakfast is not onsite but it is a quick walk from the area. I considered booking a hotel for our stay but I was not impressed with what I saw online. This was a great solution. It is in the center of the town and a quick walk to most places of interest. We had a car so we could venture out to the parm and balsamic factories as well as Ferrari and Pavarotti museums.

Benedetta was so kind! She has curated a beautiful B&B that makes you feel like royalty! The Coffee and Freshly baked goods and fruit was a pleasant surprise! Salotto delle Arti is close to all the main attractions! This is a true gem in the heart of Modena! Wish we could have stayed longer❤️

We had a great stay at Modena Rooms. The cleanliness was absolutely 10 out of 10 – everything was spotless. The furniture and bathroom were all new and modern, which made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was simple but more than enough.
