The location is great: close to everything, that is the beach, many focaccia shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is very clean, the bathroom is new and nice, there is a coffee machine, some tableware for 2, a microwave. There is some antique furniture which adds a nice touch.

Everything was positiv. Beautiful house and the room was cosy and especially with the balcony it was very good breakfast an lovely pool area and very friendly staff. You could also borrow bicycles if you wanted! I world like to Go their again!

We stayed here for 3 nights and can honestly say that Giorgio is the most attentive and welcoming host we have ever met. From our arrival to departure our stay and enjoyment of same was his top priority. The room was better than the photos suggested, impeccably clean and very roomy. The air conditioning was fantastic and breakfast in the morning was great, the coffee superb. Giorgio even went out of his way to assist us with securing a restaurant reservation when we weren’t able to do so ourselves.

    Breakfast was very good and the breakfast room has a very nice decoration . Quiet location. Host is very kind. Wifi was okay. Room was tidy. They have parking lots. We enjoyed the garden and the rural vibe During our stay there were no other guests but I am wondering if the proximity and the not so good isolation of the entrance hall/breakfast room from our rooms could be annoying in the high season. I would definitely separate the two with a door.

    The room was very clean and tidy, it had modern/new furniture. The bed was comfortable and great having air con. Our host was amazing, having given us recommendations around the area. Easily the best accommodation we have had for the last couple weeks in Europe. Was a great location being in a more quiet town on the coast with an amazing beach. Thank you for letting us stay.
