The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, the place was kept very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom facilities were superb (shower, bidet, etc), the location was fantastic, the kitchen was extremely useful, the check-in and -out are well- thought out, the color coding of the rooms was artistic ......I could go on and on.

Fantastic location in the heart of Siena, but nice and quiet at night. Beautifully updated room with elevator access in an historic building. Very clean. Hamza, our host, was absolutely amazing as he was always so upbeat, kind, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Palazzo del Papa.
