We arrived after dark because our car had been broken into and all our belongings taken. Because we were so late our host put us in touch with his father, who could not have been kinder. We were unable to navigate after our ordeal so he came to meet us, get us parked, and then took us to our room. It is right along the "main drag" in Porto Ercole and was the perfect place for us to chill out and regroup so that we could continue our journey. Many thanks to you both!

Locanda di Ansedonia - Ristorante de Griglio is a true gem in Italy! My mom and I checked in and were immediately greeted by one of the most beautiful and kind-hearted women I've ever met. Her warmth and hospitality shone through, making us feel instantly at home. I was starving after a long journey, but they came to the rescue with the BEST sandwiches I’ve ever tasted in Italy—absolutely delicious! Later, we dined at the restaurant, where we were treated to mouthwatering grilled meats that had my taste buds doing a joyful belly dance. The quality of the food here is simply unbeatable! The hospitality is top-notch, and the entire experience was unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back if I’m ever in the area again. Thank you to the amazing staff for such a memorable stay!

Locaiton is perfect, very nice terrace and beautiful shortcut to the port. It was clean and nice for one night stay. Claudia was very supportive and shared with us interesting locations and places to visit in the evening

The room was very clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the AC in the room was the perfect temperature. The host is thoughtful, informative and responsive. The room always had water, tea/coffee and snacks which we greatly appreciated. The place provided parking nearby which is also a must since parking can be difficult in Porto Ercole. I would highly recommend this place and we would stay here again on our next visit to Porto Ercole

Modern well appointed property. The owner Angela met us at the property and was very charming and efficient. The property was spotlessly clean and was kept that way due to the fantastic maid, who cleaned the apartment on a daily basis. Made the bed and changed the towels, cleaned the bathroom and restocked the fridge with mini breakfast provisions. The Nespresso machine was refilled with water and coffee pods. Lovely woman. Being Australians we needed milk in our coffee. We had to buy from the local mini market in the next street. The guy in the mini market was super friendly and lent us a cork screw for the 4 days we were there. We also found Orbitello on our travels, about 8 km away and well worth a visit. Also go and look at the monastery, beautiful place with a lovely church. We really enjoyed our stay.

A perfect place to stay in Porto Ercole. Positioned in a quiet residential zone, offering peaceful atmosphere and comfort. The hosts were helpful and gave us all necessary information prior to our check in. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and with more than comfortable bed. Two sets of pillows to choose between harder and softer, mattress with topper. All that made sure we slept perfectly! The breakfast was amazing and we took the opportunity to enjoy in the courtyard.
