We recently stayed in the accommodation and we have all praises. The accommodation is in an excellent location for visiting the city and the national park. The host is extremely kind, always available and ready to help with everything. The apartment is perfectly clean, tidy and has everything necessary for a perfect vacation. All recommendations.

I was put in one of the new rooms which was much better than the one in the photos. I didn’t have a balcony but I preferred this room and the bathroom was lovely. They even had USB sockets and Bluetooth mirror to play music whilst you shower.

Every single detail is perfect. This is next level. The person who made this either is very intelligent or has education in tourism. Sparkling Clean, comfy. But then it gets better: - Each side of the bed can turn on or off the main light - That's the level of detail - You've got everything you need. Everything. - There's a lovely balcony - The area looks nice Don't even bother staying anywhere else in La Spezia and I do really mean it.

The apartment is spotless clean and equipped with Lavazza coffee machine and pods which i really appreciate! Location wise is perfect if you plan to travel by train, it's just few steps away from the train station which also makes it a great base to explore the area not only for transit. The bed is comfy and sheets were impeccable, super clean bathroom. The place looked like it was recently renovated to sum it up! If the conditions remain the same I'd be happy to return anytime!

The accommodation is newly renovated and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Exceptionally clean, with excellent beds. The owner did not speak English, but we communicated very well with the help of a translator. 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.

Location was very handy and walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and public transport. Our host Ana was very helpful and provided info for local restaurants. Our accommodation was recently renovated and was nice and new. We also had cooking facilities which came in handy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was perfect. The location was right by the train station for easy commuting to Cinque Terra. The room was immaculate and decorated beautifully. Silva was lovely and very easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend staying here.
