Absolutely loved this place. In the centre of the city, exceptionally clean and spacious room. Really loved staying here. The check in experience was straight forward and there is a lift to take suitcases to the rooms. Everything in Siena is within walking distance from this accommodation. All the staff we met were really lovely and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very friendly host, very central location but not loud, perfect! The room was the size you’d expect in a city hotel, the bathroom narrow—might be uncomfortable for a large person, but fine for small people like us. Comfortable bed.

We had a PHENOMENAL stay at this beautiful apartment. It was a very special stay as my Husband and I were getting married in the Palazzo Pubblico and stayed here the night before. Viola and her team went out of their way to make our stay special, giving us free breakfast in another property and letting us use the apartment for a celebration after the ceremony with our family and friends.
