Fantastic location. 200 meters from the escalators that lead to the center of the old town. Lovely staff. The host Pietro was very charming and helpful, meeting all our needs. Large room, large bed. Very clean shower and toilet. Everything was clean and tidy as if we were the first to stay there. European breakfast. Free coffee and water throughout the stay. Highly recommend to those coming to Spoleto.

Best hosts in town. The owner did not only provide valuable directions but also supported us pilgrims in any way possible, including fixing our shoe. The room was beautiful and the location in the town center is just perfect.

Fabulous place to stay that’s close to everything. Regina the host is lovely and her communication is fantastic. The apartment is enormous with tea, coffee and snacks and there’s 2 huge TV/s and a huge balcony. We also loved that there is an air conditioner and being on the 5th floor, we really appreciated the lift. Thanks Regina, you and your apartment were wonderful.
