Our hosts were Patrizia and Giovanni. They were very helpful and friendly. The extra night which we stayed was no problem to accommodate and they helped by driving us to and from the railway station. Patrizia also drove us to a lovely restaurant for dinner on the first night and mentioned that some of the staff there spoke English so we could be understood when ordering our meals. Stunning location and the villa and the hosts were wonderful.

Having been kept informed by our hosts as to the key codes and what to do it was easy and the mini apartment was really lovely. there was a lift so no stairs to climb.

Enjoyed the Vikey experience with the access. It all worked well even if it was a bit of a palaver for making the original booking. The room was very charming and comfy and everything worked extremely well - good location in a lively little town. We were impressed.

The accommodation was furnished and decorated with a lot of care and love, it had everything we needed. The house has a beautiful location with a great view of Reggello, you can just sit in the garden by the pool and enjoy. The location of the apartment is superb, close to the mall, to the train station (to go into Florence in 20 minutes!) and to many great restaurants. The host was also really friendly and helping. On our way there we had an unrepairable flat tyre and she helped us managing new tyres and replacing current ones through her own mechanic, so the car was ready when we left the apartment. A real hidden gem!
