The property is beautifully decorated with care and style. Everything is quality, there is really nothing to complain about. Beautiful linen, comfortable bed, great shower, excellent hosts. And the location is terrific for access to the station while being set back enough to be out of the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended! They provide a delicious coffee and pastry for breakfast as part of the room charge in the caffeteire they own downstairs, and an Appertivo each evening too. So generous, so warm! Lovely place to stay.

The hotel is unique since it is within an old building which was built 700 years ago. It now contains a number of very comfortable rooms which were brought to a high international standard by its owner Andrea. He is essentially a oneman show and he is keen to personally fulfill all wishes of his guest. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary. You will never find a better and friendlier host anywhere.

Very friendly staff making sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Very nice room with a magnificent view of the mountains. Nice terrace in front of the hotel, also possible to eat at restaurant Bögia (owned by the hotel). Would highly recommend to try the local specialty Pizzoccheri della Valtellina!

This place is made with heart! We stayed only for 1 night but the guesthouse exceeded our expectations! The owner Ivan and his wife are super friendly couple who made this place very appealing! The room itself has a very good size, toilet huge with very good quality products. The linen and pillows were excellent so we slept very well. Moreover there is a little relaxation room (jacuzzi and sauna)- but its not for free. The breakfast in the morning is very good ;) it was very delicious, continental buffet breakfast with fresh pastry, Jogurts, good coffee and great cheese! We really enjoyed the stay. We received great food recommendations from Ivan and we had the best meat meal in the area! Thank you for great hospitality and we will always recommend this place! Little tip for Ivan: would be great to have wine glasses in the rooms 😊 as drinking wine in Italy in mugs doesn't taste 😂 You have done this place beautiful!

Great stay, very romantic, I was with my mother so that was less romantic! We wanted to stay in Stazzona as it was where our family originally came from and it was convenient for our family history research. Francesco met us at the front and was very lovely as we arrived very early so he showed me around and took our bags and my mother and I were going to look for the old family home. We thought everyone had moved away but when I mentioned the family name he knew exactly who we were talking about and gave us directions to the house. He took our bags upstairs for us while we were out (they are VERY heavy!). He gave us information about the area, a taxi drivers’ name and number and said to contact him first if we needed to go into the town and he may be able to take us if he was available. We did use the taxi driver, and he was great also, even picking us up very late after he had finished work. The room was very spacious and beautifully set out, clean, had an electric jug and coffee maker as well as teas and coffee pods etc. The bed, sheets and towels were soft and clean and there was bottled water left on the fridge for us as well. There was also a little book on the coffee table with some details of the family businesses which was a really nice touch. Francesco was around when we needed anything or replied straight away on booking.com messages but was not intrusive. We had amazing views out of the windows and there was a great breeze going through the room. It’s a lovely area and really nice to walk around, there are a number of drinking fountains in the area that have the best drinking water and very cold. Even without the family connection, it’s a beautiful place to stay and relax, it was very peaceful!
