the building is beautiful and in a nice but not too touristic location. Only a short walk from the main bus station (Piazzale Roma) and the main train station. The hotel is located in a beautiful palazzo building. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. All of the staff speaks English very well. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and the breakfast is outstanding.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was traveling with my mom, and she was happy too! The room was very warm, cozy, and spacious. There’s a wonderful kitchen where you can cook various dishes using ingredients you can buy nearby – and everything is aesthetically pleasing. There’s public water transport, supermarkets, and restaurants close by. I highly recommend this place. Special thanks to Lorenzo and Noemi.

We had a 2 nights stay in La Veneziana Boutique Rooms 2 and it was the perfect Venetian experience. The place is so clean, elegant and comfortable. Toilet is new and clean. I appreciated all little details including slippers plus all the free drinks inside the fridge- there was some Prosecco, beer, soda and water. I didn’t expect that there were also free Italian breakfast. The staff are so nice, kind and even gave us some tips on how to use the gondola. It is also nearby Piazza San Marco and Rialto.
