Nice and very affordable guesthouse near train station and Bamboo Forest. Masumi is a wonderful host! She made the extra mile to make me feel at home. She offered toast and hot macha when I arrived. Hosts are amazing welcoming people. Felt at home!. Guesthouse is in a residential area, very quiet and nice, but very close to many touristic places and close to the bus stop that takes to Kyoto Station (line 206). Our room was duplex style: very cute and the bed was extremely comfortable. Free breakfast was also a big plus!! 😋

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were so nice, and made tea and snacks for our arrival. They were super helpful with recommondations for what we could see and where to eat during our stay in Kyoto. The appartment was very cozy and clean, and had a very comfortable bed. We could park our car right by the appartment. There were several restaurants, stores and sights near by. If we ever go back to Kyoto, this is were we are staying!

The staff explained the details of the stay in detail. There is an exclusive parking space, but you need to pay for it, but the price is reasonable. There is an elevator, which is very convenient. There is also a free game console at the elevator entrance. The room is clean, with a washing machine, and there are many clothes drying racks. There is also a balcony for drying clothes. For us, it is a very good accommodation experience.
