Very cozy and welcoming atmosphere, walkable locations to 24 hour food and a Lawsons, guides were provided for the Kumamoto Revival Project and the staff made you feel at home. Our family stayed here for 3 nights, apartment was clean and cosy. The hosts were sincere and responded very quickly when we needed help. Before we arrived, they helped us setup the futons on the tatami for our kids. The parking lot is also convenient, just by the entrance of the building. Just a little drawback, the elevator is up a flight of stairs, so the luggages need to be hauled up for a bit. Overall it was a pleasant stay, I would come back again!
