This was a beautiful room, very attractive design, spacious and in a perfect area for touring Kurashiki. It is exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable and everything was immaculate. Check in was easy. Good communication with hosts, and restaurant recommendations, which was helpful. It’s not a hotel per se, and so no meals included but they provided a basket of fruit and baked goods daily and coffee, so that was perfect for breakfast. It was all we needed. The seating area has a good view over the canal so you could not be better situated.

We loved everything about our stay at Temari Inn Yukikai and only wish we could have stayed longer. From the accommodations, to the amenities, to the staff and the location, everything was just perfect. We fell in love with Kurashiki and plan to return for another visit as soon as possible. Really relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, the hostel is a nice quiet place to stay whilst visiting okayama. The train line is very close, and we felt very looked after, it was a shame we weren't here for longer. Had okonomiyaki from a local shop on their recommendation which was also very welcoming, and delicious!
