The place is very good located, close from Gion but in a quiet street, the Room is confortable, big enough for a couple. The staff was incredible, Sim the owner makes you feel at home and gives us the best advice for our itineraries. I will go again to Kyoto and stay as well at this place!!

It was such a cute place nice Japanese design. We definitely got the kyoto vibe right when we walked in. The living room and bedroom was spacious compared to other places in Japan. It was clean and looked fully equipt with a kitchen and laundry. Check in and check out was really convenient with a lockbox. The location is also a bonus and walking distance to many restaurants, like Uzu vegan ramen. We really enjoyed this place and would recommend it!

The place is very clean, it has a Japanese bathroom with bathtub which is TOP NOTCH after doing thousands of kilometers in the day. Also the location is sort of far away from the city center but there are stunning and peaceful places very nearby. The best thing for me was there are bicycles available for free in the guesthouse which is soooo practical. I went out very late every night because I had a bicycle to come back. Really really great. I loved it a lot ! I'll visit again ! Thank you Roku Roku
