The owner is very kind and helpful, everything is clean, you have access to the bathroom with a wash-machine, you can use samples of towels, toothbrushes, razors etc if you don’t have any - you have full access to the kitchen with free coffee & green tea. The ambiance is really friendly and cosy - I highly recommend this guesthouse if you wanna stay in Osaka 😌 +++ for being female only!!

Great for groups of 4 or 5, and the value for money is great. Close by to Umeda Sky and a short walk away from many shopping places. Comfortable beds, great amenities. Clean Bathroom. It is also located in a quiet neighbourhood.

We couldn't have had a better time at Jakotel. The house had great facilities, was spotless from the hardworking staff, the area was so peaceful and very close to the tsuruhashi station. Everything. Comfortable with air conditioning, washing machine and kitchen to use. 7 eleven is 3 walking minutes away. Would rent again :)
