She picked up our HEAVY luggage from the station so we could go to the art islands immediately after arriving in Tamano and she gave some really helpful advice for our itenary. Some earplugs (provided in the room) are helpful as there are paper walls seperating the rooms, but for us that was part of the charm. Breakfast was also nice. Brisk 15 minute walk to the station in the morning. Yuki also made a restaurant reservation for us and drove us to it.
