Anna manages the place really well, she helps with almost everything we need. The swimming pool is also cleaned by them every day, it's really a nice place to stay for a while However, our trip was not long, so it's a pity to say goodbye so soon

The location was great. Right in the center of town, near the river. It was clean and fit for what we needed. Alex was absolutely amazing from his communication to his energy and attitude. He sorted out trips for us and also organized tuktuk driver to blue lagoons. Breakfast was delicious.

Location is amazing, just opposite green restaurant, the best local food and near street food. About 5 minutes to the river and bamboo bridge. So helpful staff, he could speak English and organize some activities for all guests with full information and price The room is basically equipped with A/C, hot shower and comfy bed

The guest house located in nice location, 15 minutes away by walk from the city. our room was good quality with AC , sofa, hairdryer, small fridge. The breakfast was good tea and coffee free all the time he balcony offers a nice view and a place to relax Overall all good we likeour stay here, because of the views, recommend this for who love nature.

I had an amazing stay at Sunset Nam Ngum Resort! This charming lakefront hotel offers comfy rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The owner is incredibly responsive to every request, he truly goes above and beyond! Kayaking on the lake was a highlight—absolutely breathtaking! Plus, the two friendly dogs on the property added an extra touch of warmth. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, I can’t recommend Sunset Nam Ngum Resort enough!

The location was great and the room was exactly what we expected and wanted for the price! We even extended 2 extra nights as we were so happy here. Moped rental here was excellent too. Massive bang for your buck :)
