Irwin was at the property to greet us and show us around the apartment. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Complimentary coffee, bananas,drinks etc were a really nice gesture. Bathroom had a big walk in shower. Water nice and hot. Big balcony area to apartment with good hillside and sea views. Good location - only short drive (5mins) to marigot bay main carpark where restaurants etc are located Parking at apartment easy Highly recommend a stay here

Julian is a very nice host, answered many questions we had about the area and places to visit, provided us with a blanket for the night (we used A/C). The place is kept very clean, with lots of supplies, including drinking water. Many various pots and pans, very spacious kitchen, well working fridges and freezers, with ice available.

On the of arrival the whole family welcomed us and from the very first moment we felt we were part of their family and has been a long time since we met. Joseph and Nadina and the whole family are exceptional people. Sophia their youngest daughter who is 2 years old got attached to my wife and we had over an hour conversation on the first day. Nadia one of their daughter was always ready to help and accompanied us to the beach. The family took us to the Friday street party and were always there to help. nothing was a bother to them. We are now part of their family Although we were just 2 of us, we were given the 2 bedroom apartment which was very clean and had all the facilities in very good order. Views of the garden were serene and the golf course was just on the other side of the road.
