Location: The location is ideal.It's situated just a few hundred meters away from the main road (Potuvil - Panama) and the beach, giving you the best of both worlds. You get easy access to all the main surf points and town amenities, but you're far enough away to enjoy complete peace and quiet. It's the perfect tranquil escape after a day in the sun. The Room & Amenities: The room was fantastic—very spacious,spotlessly clean, and designed with comfort in mind. It was equipped with all the required amenities, and everything was in great working order. It truly felt like a home away from home. Overall Experience: I can't fault this place.For the comfort, space, and serene atmosphere, it offers incredible value. I would gladly give it a perfect 10 out of 10 for the room and overall experience. It’s a gem that provides a quiet, convenient, and comfortable base for your Arugam Bay adventures. We loved our stay here. Apple, the host, is amazing and recommended a great surf lesson for us. The room was spacious and clean, with good air con and wifi. Outdoor shower was handy for rinsing sand off after the beach. Breakfast was delicious and was different every day.

We had the most amazing 11 nights at Upali and wish we didn’t have to leave! The wonderful staff are so kind, welcoming and helpful with everything - they definitely make the place what it is. A big thank you to Nilu and Anujen!! The location is incredible and we think the best you can get in Arugum, right in front of the main surf break and a 10 min walk into town. We loved being a little away from the busy town! We stayed in two different bungalows and both were beautiful. One was a little larger which was nice and the other looked directly out to the surf which was also amazing!! All of the bungalows are steps away to the ocean and surrounded by palm trees. Thank you so much, we can’t wait to come back!!

Super helpful owner&stuff. They always find a way how to make me breakie even I have a lot of food restrictions(gluten free and vegetarian). Perfect location - 3 minutes to the beach but calm side road. The room has everything you need.

Amazing location, very good vibes, staff was extremely helpful and nice. The bungalows /huts were very cool. The place is right by the beach as well.

The view, best place, balcony sea view big room and super clean with air condition. The staff, really nice and available any time to help you. We ate there too, the food was fresh. The price, for the view the room and location, really cheap :)
