Benjamin is a good soul who will try his best to make your stay as close to perfect as possible! Rooms are clean, bright and spacious. Many international sockets everywhere and enough room to store your luggage. Beds are amazingly comfortable! I liked the location with several restaurants and shops in walking distance while being quiet at night. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be back whenever I'm in Colombo again!

Everything. Tbe place was spotless with hot shower, clean sanitary , comfortable bed , AC and despite having windows overlooking the street, was calm at night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Greeting the guests with fresh coconut juice and a basket of fresh fruits. There is variety of tea available in the Definitely will return and strongly recommend this place .
