A great hotel run by a lovely family. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the location is very convenient—just a short walk from the train station and close to the airport (about a 10 minute drive). A delicious breakfast was provided, and the couple even kindly gave me a mango from the tree in front of their home. I would highly recommend this place. The nicest host and room we had in sri lanka, they are really amazing. Room is big very clean with great air-conditioning, amazing shower and toiletries. We were really happy there and would not have minded to stay an extra day. In Negombo is great for shopping and restaurants and very easy to reach the airport! Free drop off in the morning was perfect!

Staying at this hotel was truly a beautiful experience. I originally booked for one night as a transit stay after arriving at the airport, just before continuing my trip — but I ended up extending my stay — that’s how lovely it was. The room was spacious, spotless, and exactly as pictured—calm, comfortable, and full of good energy! The meals, both breakfast and dinner, were delicious. But what made this stay unforgettable was the incredible kindness of the owner. She’s a truly wonderful person who went out of her way to make me feel welcome and supported. She helped with my laundry, assisted in planning my trip, stored my luggage while I travelled, and even prepared a thoughtful takeaway lunch for my journey. Her generosity and warmth touched me deeply. I can’t recommend this place highly enough — it’s more than just a hotel, it’s a place where you feel genuinely cared for. I’ll definitely be staying here again and recommending it to everyone.

Nice room, simple, clean and comfortable.The location is great if you have a flight to catch: we stayed there on our arrival in Sri Lanka and booked it again on our departure. The family who runs this guest house is very nice, helpful and honest. They were a great help for us.

Room was spacious with a clean bed, AC, balcony and attached washroom. Housekeeping was very satisfactory. Airport is 10 minutes away. Public transport is 500m away with connectivity to Airport / Negambo/ Colombo City / Kandy in day time. Pickme/Uber works for food and ride. Supermarket until 10pm and Beer shop until 9pm is 1km away. This property is in a serene farm view with a small yet beautiful garden. We used the kitchen for self cooking and washing machine with reasonable payment per use. Host Mr. Sarath showed excellent hospitality to make our stay comfortable. Booked for 3 days initially and extended 4 more days as the property was comparatively clean, reasonably priced and felt safe like in home.
