This place is a perfect hub for Nanuoya and surrounding area. There is a waterfall close by and you live in the tea fields. You are close to the train and there are multiple viewpoints to look if that interests you. The family is extremely nice and we enjoyed every interaction and tea cup. The room cleanliness and the bed comfort with clean sheets. All rooms have balconies with sitting area and mountains view. All rooms have a private bathroom and shower with water heater. The gentleman and his wife working there were very kind and helpful and will facilitate your stay. The food portions they served are enough for at least 2 people. The morning herbal soup is refreshing, and the dhal curry is the tasties I've ever had. Mostly, I enjoyed the view of the mountains and the tea gardens with the birds chirping in the morning. No room has AC, but you can always open the balconies doors and let the cold, fresh breeze circulate in. Temperature at night reaches 15 deg C.

We loved this place. We booked minutes before turning up yet was still greeted with fresh juice and given a lovely bedroom . Everything was immaculate , nice bathroom, hot showers and comfortable bed. We had use of the beautiful lounge area and kitchen and outdoor seating, perfect for making a hot drink. The location is in a peaceful quiet part of town, only a 10 minute walk from the main town or train station but along quiet back roads. We found two great places to eat in town, very local , delicious food and cost very little. Nana made us a delicious breakfast with lots of different dishes the best we have had our whole trip and kept us full all day. Hatton is a great place to spend a few days in as there is so much to see only a bus trip away

We arrived late and our host was so accommodating and kind - he organised a dinner and then breakfast for us going out of his way to ensure we had food. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The service even though we were just staying for one day. Great place
