It was our very first night in Sri Lanka. As we arrived late, we just slipped into our beautiful and comfortable bed in the bedroom surrounded by antic furniture. Tomorrow morning we were just amazed by the garden's mango, jackfruit, coconut, beatiful flowers, peacocks in the tree. The host led us through their garden before the large and delicious home-made breakfast.

Nice quiet location a short ride away from the city. The Villa and rooms were very clean and modern, and the staff were all wonderful. Breakfast was excellent and lunch as well. Can really recommend this place.

The stay at Villa Arushina was exceptional. The lady took care of every request, the beautiful villa is impeccably decorated, a clean and air-conditioned room with toilet and shower. The internet was also excellent. Happily, I arrived at a great time - on New Year's Eve! I got to experience the holiday in a pure authentic way and learn about Buddhist customs and tradition. Eat local food through breakfast and holiday dinner. For me it was an amazing experience. I got to know a lovely family. I have no doubt that on my next visit to Sri Lanka I will return there. the room was basic but very functional and clean. the owner is very friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble and always with a smile. the pool was very clean and really chilled to lounge around it and sunbathe .

Beautiful place! You feel like beeing in the middle of the jungle. You can see and hear lots of animals like monkeys, peacocks, squirre and many others. The room is very big. We had our own balcony with a beautiful view, our own kitchen and there was even a washing machine in our room. The host is a very kind man. He showed us all the plants in his garden like starfruit, pineapple, avocado, banana and so on. The breakfast was also very good.

Loved our stay here! One of our favourites during our month in Sri Lanka. The room was spacious and clean, lovely balcony. They also have a shared kitchen so you can cook our own meals. Great location too!
