Amazing stay! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Outside area was beautiful to relax in, location just a minute walk from the property. The real highlight was the use of the shared kitchen, which was well equipped, and there are several markets near by for fresh produce and eggs, which was a welcome change. Would definitely recommend staying at this property during your time in Trincomalee!

We stayed there for six days. We had a good experience with Mr. Prabha, his wife as well as the staff. We were very happy with the homely food. When we visit Trincomalee, we will definitely stay there again. The tariff was very moderate for the facilities provided. The location is easily accessible from the city and the beach.

Amazing all around! I loved the property... the layout and all of the colorful murals and that every room had a place to sit outside of the room. The room itself was very spacious and clean. The fans were strong, although it was still a little warm in the evenings. The owner was amazing. He is such a great guy and very helpful. I booked the dolphin tour through him, which was a great price for value. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will always stay at lobster Inn whenever I'm in the area

I can’t even put into words how much we enjoyed our stay. Yes, the rooms were great with A/C, we loved the filtered water and the location was fantastic, but it was more than that. Prashanth devotes his life to helping the strays in the area. It is abundantly clear that he has a good heart and truly cares about making small differences. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio at night and having conversations with him. We learned so much more about his life, Sri Lankan history and culture. Clean rooms and good location near the beach. Owner is very helpful and always available. Gave us a 125 motorbike for a good price. Laundry service if you need it. Overall a very good place!

During our stay in Trincomalee, we were at the hotel Janse guest inn. From the beginning, the manager was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and modern and the bathroom was also new. As a conclusion you can say that it’s not overpriced and definitely worth a stay because it’s also not far from the beach and there are some great restaurants near it.
