We had a great stay. Location was perfect - beach, bar in few steps from the house. Very welcoming and friendly owner.

The room is wonderful, more comfortable than we ordered! The house is in the forest, not far from the sea. A wonderful garden, flowers, green area, beautiful nature, spring - everything comes to life and blooms. A very nice and pleasant hostess met us, showed us everything. Large area of ​​the room, bathroom. Very large kitchen, next to the dining room is very comfortable, there is everything you need. Beautiful and large dining room and a place to relax, exit to a large balcony. Everything is very good, cozy, comfortable! Thank you very much to the hosts. I would like to go back there! I liked everything!

On Friday morning, I had the bright idea to take my Latvian girlfriend to the beach. Without giving it any thought, I reserved a room for the night when I noticed how close they were to the sea. We left Riga and drove there right away, taking about an hour. We hurried to the beach after arriving, sunscreen and towels in hand. After basking in the sun for a few hours, we decided to head over to the main street, which is about a 10-minute walk away, because we were craving smoked fish. There, we discovered a place that sells local smoked fish of all kinds, including smoked eel. We returned to our bungalow oasis with our delicacies and drinks, and we dined on our balcony with a view of the lovely garden. They have the biggest jasmine bush I have ever seen, and there are plenty more bushes, ferns, and shrubs to test your botanical knowledge. Find the vinegar tree, if you can! The room was warm and cozy. We weren't expecting to see a TV with many sports and movie channels. Even high-end hotels don't usually have sports channels available. Although we could have used a few more pillows, I thought the bed was comfortable. Similar to windows in America, these windows also have screens on them. We kept the screened windows open at night to enjoy the cool sea breeze, and I didn't even get bit by a mosquito while I was there. The blackout window shades were a real bonus, as it gets light outside at 4:00 AM. The following morning, after putting on my hometown Cleveland Cavaliers hoodie, I made coffee and turned on the TV. I couldn't believe that the Cleveland Cavaliers were playing Orlando! Who could have imagined that I could have breakfast and watch an NBA game? We loved our stay overall, and the room was well worth it. We sat on the balcony for hours on end, taking in the sound of the sea and listening to birds singing in the garden. This is a great spot for a romantic getaway, a family trip to the beach, or a trip to have a barbecue in the garden.

The best thing about this stay in my opinion is the homeliness and coziness. The host communicates clearly and to the point - I have only the best words about the host. It is definitely a peaceful, cozy stay where one can feel like home.

So what can I say? It was our best of the best vacation stays ever. Everything was perfect, the accommodation is beautiful from outside and also inside :) Everything is clean, modern and comfortable. And surroundings - the chaley based in the middle pine forest and very natural garden with a lot of wild flowers and plants which are, in first look, very carefully and with love cultivated. My wife was excited. 15 min. to beach was nice walk to see the sunset everyday. One day we did a rest day and took the train to Riga (the station is close but we went by car and park directly near the station). Riga is a beautiful city, especially city center with full of restaurants and pubs. Rest of week we took trips by bike every day. sometimes directly from accommodation, sometimes we took the car or train. In the end - the stay in this cottage and this place was excellent. I can recommend it to everyone who is looking for peace, quiet and relaxation from the everyday hustle and bustle. I had the pleasure of staying at this charming getaway that truly lives up to its promise of tranquility and beauty. Nestled alongside a pristine stretch of coastline, this location is a dream for anyone looking to unwind without the usual hustle and bustle that can accompany popular tourist destinations. From the moment we arrived, we were aptivated by the stunning views. The azure waters gently lapping against the shore, coupled with the soft golden sands, create an enchanting backdrop that feels like something out of a postcard. The location is perfect for those who appreciate nature's beauty, with rolling waves and breathtaking sunsets that can be enjoyed right from the balcony or the restaurant.

We stayed in Stella, a very nice and quiet place to get away. There's everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, comfortable rooms and big outside space. We loved the sauna and jacuzzi. Beautiful little lake with things to do. Very nice, friendly and professional owners. Definitely would recommend this place... Thank you.
