MexicoIt is a lovely Hotel - Beautiful gardens - The entire Staff are excellent - the breakfast was amazing - we really enjoyed our stay there and will book it again in the future. Our room was wonderful - comfortable and quiet - the upstairs Bar/Restaurant has beautiful views - the Waiters were superb! upstairs and downstairs - very attentive . The parking is completely covered - we had an issue with our car battery and several Staff stepped right in to assist us - we so appreciated their help!

United StatesThe communication and check-in processes were very good. I didn't meet anyone, but I felt like they were always available to help and made sure I had everything I needed. The room is small but clean, comfortable, quiet, hot water, and even a shared kitchen. Everything was very clean. They were very nice and accommodating with all of my requests. I would stay again. The location is very good and really close to the ADO station. Although I used the AU station, it's about a 15 min walk. Not bad!
