Very clean and comfortable rooms. Fast WiFi. Well equipped communal kitchen by the pool. Trinking water in the kitchen and Coffee Maschine. Pool was great for cooling off. Very nice and helpful staff. He gave us tips and suggestions to explore in town. The backyard is very atmospheric with cool decorations. Wifi was working fine.

We loved the well cared for pool area which was beautifully lit in the evening. We got the iguana-styled room which made me extremely happy as they are one of my favorite animals! All over the area, there were real iguanas as well. The quality of the bed was very good, the size of the bed and room as well. Lots of room for your clothes and other things. The cloth rack in the room was very practical . Everything is very well organized and the staff was always there for us. Thank you! I think the whole place is perfect for families and you have so many options to visit the zoo, the cenotes, Valladolid centre and so on.... I was surprised that a very good breakfast was included in the price. Many parking lots in the shadow right next to the rooms. Very good wifi.

Located in the city center, just 2 minutes from the central park. The room was spacious, the bed comfy, the shower was really nice. The staff is really nice, they gave me some tips on what to see and do in town.
