It is a comfortable room with 2 double beds and a hammock. There's also a smart TV. The bathroom in the suite has toilet and shower. They provide toiletries, and there's a hairdryer too. The whole place has a charming design and good vibe. It is a separate suite in the yard of the local house, so you have all the possible privacy and a great opportunity to immerse into culture and chat with the family if you speak Spanish. Unfortunately, I don't and had to use Google Translate :) Even with this the couple that owns the place were doing their best to accommodate my curiosity and attempts to communicate. We were welcomed with some iced lemonade and in hot humid weather it was like a blessing! Breakfast was veeeery delicious and had traditional cuisine notes. The hosts are charming family, very friendly and caring. Muchos gracias! 10 of 10 ♥️

Such a lovely place to stay, it was very clean, good sized room, clean bathroom, great comfortable beds, great AC. Miguel on reception was very friendly and helpful. We had a private room and would highly recommend staying here. Just across the road from eating spots places and the main square. 5 minute walk to bus station and cenote.

Very nice place in perfect location. Room was spotless clean, there were nice common areas available (kitchen, terrace and swimming pool). We could park car inside and leave luggage prior to check in.

Very nice and helpful staff. He gave us tips and suggestions to explore in town. The backyard is very atmospheric with cool decorations. Wifi was working fine.

We loved the well cared for pool area which was beautifully lit in the evening. We got the iguana-styled room which made me extremely happy as they are one of my favorite animals! All over the area, there were real iguanas as well. The quality of the bed was very good, the size of the bed and room as well. Lots of room for your clothes and other things. The cloth rack in the room was very practical . Everything is very well organized and the staff was always there for us. Thank you! I think the whole place is perfect for families and you have so many options to visit the zoo, the cenotes, Valladolid centre and so on.... I was surprised that a very good breakfast was included in the price. Many parking lots in the shadow right next to the rooms. Very good wifi.
