This place is wonderful, with an unbeatable view, lovely friendly staff that is very reactive to any request, and a very nice vibe in general. Perfect for family get togethers, or for a peaceful stay in a nice environment. Comfy rooms, cosy common areas, with a great selection of drinks, and amazing food. I wish we stayed here longer. What a lovely place to stay in Penang. I absolutely loved the architecture - it has a charming cultural vibe, right in the middle of George Town where you can walk to everything. So many nice restaurants around too (but if you're indecisive like me, just message them on WhatsApp, they reply instantly, even to my very random questions... thank you for your patience!). The staff are genuinely the sweetest. Ashan greeted us on the first day with such warmth, and everyone we met was kind, generous, and just really good people. One even showed my dad how to play a local board game - such a sweet moment ❤️✌️ I feel bad I didn’t ask for all your names. I really should have. But to the whole team, thank you so much for making our stay so easy and memorable. You made Penang feel extra special 💕

We went there for Chinese New Year and got some small presents (🥠)! There was also some small breakfast available and the host helped us with all our questions! The location is the beste and it was the best accommodation in Malaysia! Self check in was super easy and communication was great with the host.
