Very nice personal, first of all. Joe Tan helps us with everything , recommend to us places to visit and eat, take us to the railway station early in the morning in order to be on time. Very nice atmosphere inside the room and place at common. Owners made it with deep love to surrounding and their guests, you feel it in the details.

What a lovely place to stay in Penang. I absolutely loved the architecture - it has a charming cultural vibe, right in the middle of George Town where you can walk to everything. So many nice restaurants around too (but if you're indecisive like me, just message them on WhatsApp, they reply instantly, even to my very random questions... thank you for your patience!). The staff are genuinely the sweetest. Ashan greeted us on the first day with such warmth, and everyone we met was kind, generous, and just really good people. One even showed my dad how to play a local board game - such a sweet moment ❤️✌️ I feel bad I didn’t ask for all your names. I really should have. But to the whole team, thank you so much for making our stay so easy and memorable. You made Penang feel extra special 💕

We went there for Chinese New Year and got some small presents (🥠)! There was also some small breakfast available and the host helped us with all our questions! The location is the beste and it was the best accommodation in Malaysia! Self check in was super easy and communication was great with the host.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel ! The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Location was perfect close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Stayed at 2 Aayu properties while I was in Penang and good experience at both largely due to the on-site staff. The team are super responsive and full of good information about the local area. The two places I stayed in were refurbished heritage buildings so the sound insulation is not perfect but if you have respectful guests around you then it’s fine. The rooms I chose weren’t huge but they didn’t claim to be and the shared spaces are well maintained and good spots to chill.
