They are really open, helpful and knowledgeable about Kuching and Sarawak and help you explore the region on a budget. Marco Polo feels like our second home in Kuching! They have everything a traveler may need & more. Lovely buffet style breakfast, including müsli, fruit, toast, different spreads, eggs, coffee, tea and a daily changing extra. The rooms are well furnished and have king size beds. The kitchen is well equipped including a osmosis filter. The entire Guesthouse is beautifully and authentically decorated. Very good laundry service, plus they even fixed my pants. The location in the 'artsy' Pandungan neighbourhood is great. There is a small economical food court, just across the street just as many shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. It's only 10-15 min walking to the waterfront.

I really enjoyed my stay. Richard, the host, was very kind. He send us a lot of useful information with what to do in Kuching and was always willing to help. I forgot my T-shirt in the hostal and he did everything he could to return it to me! Thank you very much Richard!

Big and clean room, clean house. The AC worked perfectly. You can wash your clothe and use the fridge and kitchen freely. Kevin, the manager, was really nice. We enjoyed a lot our stay, thank you again !

I stayed here for over 2 months and cannot express enough how perfect my stay has been. Zak thinks of everything before you even realise you need it yourself. Great homestay and awesome hosts Louise and Polycarp. We saw a probiscus monkey in the back yard! Apparently, other monkeys do show up as well. The pool was a nice treat. Our room was comfy and spacious. The view through the bathroom window was amazing. Grounds are lovely. Close for pick up for the river night cruise and our hosts dropped us off and picked us up at the Sarawak Cultural Village. Would totally recommend.
