It was very central, so easy to walk everywhere and I enjoyed the older architecture. The staff was incredibly helpful, allowing us to check in a couple hours early and giving us great suggestions on what to experience. I appreciated the ease of communication through WhatsApp, sending check-in instructions the day before and being available anytime during the stay if we had questions.

We had a lovely stay at Heritage Villa by Aayu. The villa was centrally located which made it incredibly easy to explore the streets of George Town by foot and there are amazing food stalls at every turn. Our room was well appointed and had everything we required for a comfortable stay including a very effective air conditioner. The host was proactive and made check in a breeze, providing a suggested itinerary and a number of online maps. Everyone at the villa was so kind but one of the highlights was meeting Desmond who had so much knowledge about the area and was always keen to hear about our plans for the day provide suggestions to enhance them. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We went there for Chinese New Year and got some small presents (🥠)! There was also some small breakfast available and the host helped us with all our questions! The location is the beste and it was the best accommodation in Malaysia! Self check in was super easy and communication was great with the host.

I had a most comfortable stay at 68 Church Street. The hotel is located in a recently renovated heritage house in a quiet yet central location. The room has a sleek, white design with high ceilings. This, combined with a powerful AC allows for a cool feeling. The premises are kept spotless. The common area has a fridge, microwave and water kettle. Self check-in instructions via WhatsApp were clear and friendly and the staff do their best to make guests' stay as enjoyable as possible. Highly recommended.

Very nice personal, first of all. Joe Tan helps us with everything , recommend to us places to visit and eat, take us to the railway station early in the morning in order to be on time. Very nice atmosphere inside the room and place at common. Owners made it with deep love to surrounding and their guests, you feel it in the details.

We loved staying here! The hotel has a great vibe, everything is very clean and the rooms were very quiet. There’s a water fountain on each floor which meant we didn’t need to buy new water bottles. We found lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby and lots of tourist attractions are within a walkable distance.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful self check-in hotel. The check-in process was smooth and super easy, with clear instructions provided.
