A very enjoyable experience staying at Highland Boutique Hotel in an ideal location (5 minutes walk to KFC and some other restaurants, a short drive to supermarkets and the Octagon, botanical gardens close by). Friendly and helpful reception and hotel staff. Very comfortable beds, clean room, nice bath to relax in, good sized fridge, great heater, excellent WiFi, and safe environment.

Lovely comfortable room with everything you need for a few nights stay. Fabulous shower! Comfortable bed. In a good location for local amenities- shops, cafes and restaurants, close to a bus stop and a short walk to the beach. Would stay again and would recommend.

The owners are very kind and contacted us in advance. The location is superior, can see the shinny blue lake inside the room. Very large beds, convenient facilities with fridge，cups, glasses, spoons, nearly everything I need. Very easy to park, nice house，good value for money.

It was amazing. I wasn’t in such a nice place for a years. Location was ideal, on the edge of the town, so absolutely quiet, but still close enough to the town center. Cottage was lovely, nice and clean. And the host was really thoughtful. She left a sign with greetings in our native language. Which was very heartwarming. Also she left for us bottle of milk and package of home eggs. Thank you so much, if we’ll stop by in Dunedin again definitely we’ll come here.
