Rustic traditional. This is a traditional Quinta. Don’t expect multiple staff catering to your every need or room service at 11 at nigh. It’s a small but wonderful place with great amenities in a rural setting. I had my morning walk with the hotels dog to accompany me so instant 10/10. BTW he stayed for breakfast and enjoyed multiple tummy rubs.

I absolutely loved my stay at Casa Amarela in Castelo de Vide! Everything was just perfect – from the charming decor that beautifully brings the past to life, to the cozy and comfortable room with a stunning view of the surrounding landscape. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed – their warmth made me feel right at home. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, full of delicious local products that gave me a real taste of the region. I truly loved every moment and would wholeheartedly recommend Casa Amarela to anyone visiting the area. I definitely hope to return one day!

The old world eclectic charm of the building and facilities. Rooms and bathroom are wonderfully presented. A real credit to the owners / managers / staff. Pricing was good for such a wonderful place.

Calm, quiet, excellent pool and brilliant hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was to die for - Loads of different continental options with regional products. The Quinta is situated close to Castelo de Vide e Marvão which are lovely places to visit, however is in a remote enough location for it to feel like a break from a busy life.
