Everything it was fabulous if I could give this boutique hotel a 20 I would. We had 3 nts as a stopover to Morrocco to join a tour. 2 nts in a superior room which was beautiful and the last night we upgraded to the Viscountess suite which I adored. Service in all aspects from the front reception to the wait and bar staff was exceptional. We felt very special and was able to just relax and enjoy the garden area and our rooms. We were assisted to find a laundromat close by as we'd been travelling for 3wks and wanted to refresh quite a lot of our wardrobe. I also wanted to get my nails done and a pedicure. The amazing staff spent ages ringing around to find somewhere that did just what I needed. Honestly can't say enough about this beautiful hotel. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Lisbon.

A wonderful boutique hotel that emits centuries of history and culture. A museum with modern amenities. Rooms full of artistic charm, exquisite breakfast with guided tours of thematic buffets and live morning music, friendly treatments at the bar, sweet multilingual hosts (staff does not sound right), and location-location! And mind you, I was there for just one night. I will be back.

Bica FLH Suites is located in the historical centre of Lisbon, within the famed Bica neighbourhood. The building which was an art gallery since the fifties, was refurbished in the beginning of 2017.

Location was just great, plenty things to see by walking and if needed transportation, it's close too. Hotel was clean, quiet and breakfast on rooftop was amazing. Breakfast was nice to have at the terrace or in your room. They make us takeaway Breakfast that day we leave early to have a day trip. That was great service! Staff was friendly and helpful. ❤️
