The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. But by far, the best was the vast and delicious breakfast. Fruit, bread, coffee, waffles, eggs, sausages, croissants, seeds, homemade cheese, yogurt, butter, jams, and even apple strudel. Everything we tried was delicious. Walking down and seeing that kind of breakfast before the 25 km hike that was waiting for us that day made for the best possible start to our day.

We booked at the last minute because the booking we had made fell through. Our booking was confirmed right away and our host came out to welcome us when he saw us approaching on our bikes. The location was close to the town centre. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had use of the garage to store our bikes and use of the shared kitchen facilities. The kitchen was very well stocked. Our host was very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our time chatting with him.

The breakfast was excellent! There was great variety; fruits, yogurts, bread, sausages, eggs, cheese, coffee and juice etc. And the 2nd day they even set up the table special for us at the same outside spot we had enjoyed the prior morning.
