The owners very kind and going out of their way to be helpful, e.g providing a suitable adapter for charging your (non-US) phone and transport to city center. The location was clean and quiet with facilities for tea or coffee-making in the room. Entertainment was provided by a smart-TV showing a wide selection of programs.
