Clean and modern room with a fantastic view and a very comfortable bed in the center of Pai. Just next to the Park, tucked away in a quiet street, but a lot of cafes and restaurants in immediate walking distance. The night market is also only a 1 minute drive a way. I rented a scooter directly at the hotel. Booked there also some tours to explore Pai. Was very cheap. The Hotel has also a nice rooftop and a garden area to relax and a small fitness area to work out. Overall a great place. I loved it.

Jan the host is incredible. I was welcomed with a hug and left feeling like I have a new little sister. I stayed in a new bungalow at the rear of the property and loved it, quiet and peaceful with a hammock facing a field of cows off the back of the building and a table out front if I wanted to be social, or I could go up to the dining area, pool or billiards room as well. Located near the airport and just far enough away from the walking street that there is peace but close enough that a walk or scooter into town is easy. There is a Monday market a few blocks away, a 7-11 up the road a short walk, Dad can do laundry for a good price and Mom cooks a great pad Thai available to order.

Very nice houses in a beautiful and quiet area. The staff is super friendly. And the breakfast is good! With a scooter, you quickly are in the centre of Pai. The hotels rents out well-maintained scooters.

Beautiful view and right near the most active and interesting night market Street and reasonably near the river. Staff was very helpful. The room was superb and well laid out. Would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here!

Loved everything about my stay here. The location is amazing, perfectly walkable but also peaceful and tucked away from the crowds. And my room was so nice. Clean, pretty, and an open air bathroom to boot!

Location a bit far from Pai, approx. 3-4 km. You can ask staff to pick up or rent a motorcycle. Duration of my visit in October it’s the most beautiful rice fields with good weather, however there have some raining that you would concern. Bath and Toilet sharing are clean with hot and cold water. The last thing is touch my mind is caring and attention by staffs. They are nice and friendly. Always concern and asking about our convenience (we are Thai women), also offer which one better for us ie bathroom, car service (we have big backpacks, hard to ride motorcycles) and food delivery.
