It is a very comfortable boutique hotel, has very clean rooms and lounge zone, friendly personnel. Every morning very delicious turkish breakfast will wait you on the roof of the hotel. I was really surprised by breakfast, it is very reach and tasty. Hotel is situated near center of old Avanos with a lot of restaurants and cafes. it's very warm in the room even in January.

The location was really close to all the touristic places. The property was a wonderful place where we felt that we've travelled back in time. The host Ahmed, was extremely helpful. The place was amazing and well maintained but the Host made it super cool. Loved the location, vibe, food and hospitality. Eating breakfast in the glass house on the top floor with the view of Hot Air Balloons in the air was an amazing sight.
