I’m travelling by bicycle and it was never a problem to keep my stuff there. Even I was recommended a fantastic circular cycling route by the owner. The atmosphere in the cave is more like a home than a hostel. The staff calls guests by their names. The breakfast is prepared at the moment and served with great care

The host Ahmed, was extremely helpful. The place was amazing and well maintained but the Host made it super cool. Loved the location, vibe, food and hospitality. Eating breakfast in the glass house on the top floor with the view of Hot Air Balloons in the air was an amazing sight.

Many hotels at Cappadocia call themselves cave hotels. Not many genuinely are. Melek is one of the few real cave hotels there. Steeped in history, this place is a pleasure to be in. The staff there, Gazi and Sameh, are amazing. Communication was easy since Gazi speaks quite a few languages and English fluently. The homemade cookies at breakfast are really very good.

This is a little gem with a very homey feel. The location is perfect and close to everything. It is a family run business. The father, son and mom will make you feel as part of their family.
