Daniel, the owner, was respectful, friendly and attentive. He was always available to answer questions and help. Definitely a great host and communicator. The room was large, clean, comfortable, and modern, with new furniture and a good view of the outside. The shared bathroom was large, clean and equipped. The outdoor terrace with a beautiful and clean pool, a pleasant area to release stress and a quiet place to disconnect from the outside or work remotely. Central location near restaurants, bars, shopping centers, natural parks and main avenues. Definitely a great and safe place to stay.

I recently stayed at the Riverbank Guesthouse in Fort Lauderdale, and I initially booked for just one night but ended up staying four nights. The place is amazing—so cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, giving me a peaceful spot with a great view. Kem, the host, was absolutely fantastic. He went out of his way to make sure I felt at home, and it really made a difference. I had a room at the back with a view of the lake, which I loved. It truly felt like a home away from home, thanks to Kem's attention to detail and care. Wilton Manors, where the guesthouse is located, is a fun and vibrant neighborhood. It's within walking distance of Wilton Drive's entertainment district but still feels peaceful by the Middle River. Plus, it's just a short drive to Fort Lauderdale Beach. Overall, my stay at Riverbank Guesthouse was exceptional. The beautiful property and Kem's outstanding hospitality made it a perfect getaway. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Fort Lauderdale!

The best spot in the area. Everything is fine and functions as expected,. The room is clean, there is a lot of amenities, the wifi is ok. I arrived at Fort Lauderdale airport and the airline had lost my luggages the first day so I was happy to find all necessary things in this room and even some food and drinks, I appreciated. The room is incredibily quiet at night (I guess in daytime too) The neighbourhood seems fine.
