Very nice and quiet guesthouse located perfectly within Itchan Kala (old city walls). Owner couple were easygoing and friendly. The wife was taking care of breakfast each morning. As a matter of fact we had the best breakfast across Uzbekistan in this place because of the variety of items available and each day there was something different served, so it wasn’t boring. Our room was neither small nor big, just enough. AC worked well. Washroom was nice and spacious.

The location just outside the east gate was excellent. Mardona was an excellent host and I was very happy with the breakfast spread. The bathroom was heated for the winter season and the room was well insulated.

The location was superb, and the hosts were humble and friendly, there is a restaurant just behind the hotel where one may dine with family in a traditional outdoor tent or at a regular table-chair inside the restaurant. Hotel is famous among taxi drivers, we didn't face any difficulty in reaching to the facility, as Yandex service is not operational in Khiva, it was an added benefit for us. Breakfast was delicious. The Owner gifted us Traditional Uzbek bread as gift for our backward journey.

This guesthouse is run by a family who are very warm and take the best care of their guests. We spent only one night and the property was inside the old town and very near to all the tourist attractions inside the old town. The hosts serve good breakfast and can be customised for vegetarians as well. They are happy to organize tours for reasonable prices. Overall we really liked our stay as it was very practical and comfortable

Nice place to stay in Khiva! Ganijon and his family are very hospitable and helpful. Our best hotel through all the Uzbekistan trip. We've got all the care and attention, our daughter (2 years old) felt as she was at home: went here and there, watched chickens in the yard. The hotel is located in the historical centre of the city (inside the ancient fortress). Breakfasts are great and you also can order some traditional meals (delicious!) for dinner so there's no need to go outside for lunch. The prices will surprise you 😉 The hotel had organized transfer for us from airport of Urgench and to Khiva railway station. I wish this place prosperity and good luck. If I will be in Khorezm region again - this is the best place to stay.

Both the father and daughter running the guesthouse are really helpful. Texted them on Whatsapp in the early morning for directions and got an instant reply. Rooms are really comfortable and warm - i think they really have thick walls + the ac. Breakfast was really nice. They ask you what time you would like to eat for breakfast. Location is also nice, it is located 5 mins walk away from the west gate. Nice walk to warm yourself up.
