I always choose a Homestay because I feel more connected with the locals and always have great experiences. Dung is the kindest person, she will prepare ginger tea or coffee upon arrival and fresh orange. I arrived very early in the morning with a night bus (5 am), got lost in the dark and she rescued me ;) She gave me breakfast and offered me to have a shower before the check-in. She will help you to book a tour, rent a bike with the neighbour, book a taxi, bus or train ticket for your next destination. The house is big and so are the rooms, the mattress is very comfortable (not the case everywhere) and it's clean. Breakfast is very simple and good. The location for me was perfect, close to the Dragon mountain walk (I recommend walking there, or to rent a bike, no need to take a taxi or bus), also close to the rice fields and you can easily go to Tam Coc centre by walking or by bicycle. There is laundry service, which is very convenient, she saved my life ;) She doesn't speak English, but she always manages to help you somehow!!!

Clean, basic furniture but perfectly fine for the requested price. Had a big room with windows (not common in that price range). Owner speaks good English and is very nice and helpful. --> Good value for money.
