We arrived late but they made a plan to still provide us with dinner and drinks, staff exceptionally friendly. Room really luxury with enough towels, toiletries, hair dryer etc. They even provided us with a menu to order breakfast on the go! It was really quiet, and peaceful, safe inside parking.

The place has an excellent location, on the river, and a beautiful garden. The very large pool was great pleasure during the hot days. Bedrooms , garden, restaurant and terrasse are beautifully decorated. The owners and the staff are just great. We felt very welcome, and we got all the help we needed as our car was broken down. Got a lift to the garage and car rental. We stayed longer than expected and everyone was friendly, helpful and looking after our well being. We could request for breakfasts and most delicious dinners. We will go there for sure again if we have a stopover in Upington. It can be highly recommended.

Being pregnant I loved how cool the room was. My partner and myself particularly enjoyed the pool to cool down in. Also we got upgraded to a bigger room so we really appreciated that gesture. By far the best stay we've had in upington
