The staff were so friendly and helpful, using a translator device to communicate perfectly. One staff member even helped us buy tickets for Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Mountain and gave us a map that was absolute gold. Thanks to him, our trip was smooth and unforgettable. Highly recommended!

The Hotel is placed very close to the east gate of the national park and they even offer a free shuttle service to the gate. It’s a family run hotel and they are incredibly friendly and helpful. They speak really good English and helped us organize our days in the park and booked all the best tickets for us.

At Zhangjiajie Walishanfang Guest Hous every room is fitted with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Really convenient location not far from the entry of the national park and with very good restaurant near Wally House (recommended by Wally). Wally gave us really good advice to visit the park 👌🏽🙏🏼

At the guest house, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner and lunch and serves Chinese cuisine. We really like the location, which is perfect for visiting the National Park, as the entrance is very near and the hotel even offers free shuttle. However, what really made our stay special was the hotel stuff, especially Ming, who spoke english fluently and was very kind and helpful. He helped us buy all the tickets, provided us with maps and instructions and he even saved us when he drove us to the train station early in the morning to catch our train to Guilin. I would definitely recommend staying at the Nvue Resorts.

We liked everything in this hotel! The owner Chen, his brother Lee and Coco were all accommodating and really helpful! They assisted us in booking the tickets to the zhangjiajie park, Tianmen cave and glass bridge so we will not have any trouble. They made the tour so easy when they explained everything on detail.. zhangjiajie park is a 20min walk from their hotel, while the bus station to glass bridge is 10min walk. Room was also spacious and clean! Their hotel is highly recommended. Close to everything!
